Get paid for the risks you've already priced.
AI companies are paying financial-services firms for years of underwriting and credit decisions, claims workflows, compliance reviews and internal email. Customer account data stays out. We check if yours qualify, introduce you to the right buyer and stay with you until you're paid.
Two minutes. No access to your systems. Nothing upfront.
What financial-services firms like yours can earn.
It depends mostly on how many underwriters, analysts, advisers and operations staff you have, and how many years of records you keep.
Our market estimate for a US company with 8–12 years on its tools, built from three buyers' published pricing. Staff means underwriters, analysts, advisers and operations staff. Not an offer: the buyer sets the price after review.
Recent deals
Five years of workpapers, reconciliations, financial models and tax files.
Workpapers, client service workflows, templates and internal communications.
CAD drawings, calculations, technical reports and specs.
No finance or insurance company has published a deal yet. These are the closest published comparisons from other industries in 2026, as reported by the firms that did them. Not independently verified. Owners aren't named.
What buyers pay for in financial services
AI has read the regulations and the textbooks. It has almost never seen how a firm actually prices a risk, approves a loan or settles a claim.
Underwriting and credit decisions
Why a risk or a loan was accepted, priced or declined, and who signed off. The reasoning behind the number is almost never public.

Claims handling
How a claim gets reported, reserved, escalated and settled, and what happens when the facts don't match the story.

Client servicing, renewals and compliance reviews
How accounts get serviced and renewed, and how compliance reviews and exceptions get raised, approved and written up.
Lives inSalesforce, Zendesk, DocuSign, SharePoint, Gong or Zoom
Operations runbooks and internal Q&A
How reconciliations get run and breaks get fixed, and how analysts ask seniors the questions no manual covers. Exactly what AI for finance needs to learn.

Your clients and team are never named.
Before anything is delivered, an independent firm swaps every name, contact detail, address and reference number for a consistent placeholder. The work stays readable. The people in it don't.

Broker Kessler & Moore needs terms by Thursday on 40 trucks. Five-year loss ratio is 78%, mostly one 2021 claim, and they added dashcams in 2023. It's over my authority, so I need your sign-off. Proposing a 15% surcharge and a $10,000 deductible. Call me on 312-555-0187.

Re: Escalation, claim CL-24-07731, policy HO-3391025
Water damage at 418 Birchwood Lane, Columbus. The reserve is $62,000, over my $50,000 authority. Policyholder Janet Cole says the leak started in last week's storm, but the plumber's report points to a slow pipe leak over several months. I recommend we pay the storm damage and decline the rest. Field report from Alan Brooks attached.

Re: Exception request, loan 7700-4182, Fernhill Bakery Co.
$850,000 equipment loan. Debt service coverage is 1.18 against our 1.25 minimum, after a slow 2024. The last three quarters support the rebound, and the owner, Paul Hensley, offers a personal guarantee. Asking for a one-off exception with a covenant test at 12 months. Repayments come from the operating account ending 4471.

8–16 weeksFinancial-services firms with years of decisions in writing.
- 30+ underwriters, analysts, advisers and operations staff, now or at your peak
- 5+ years on the same email and policy, loan or CRM tools
- Work run in writing: referrals, credit memos, email, Teams or Slack
- Customer, policyholder and claimant records can be kept apart from the firm's own
- US, Canada or UK, mostly in English
Account numbers, SSNs, card data, credit reports, customer and claimant details and material non-public information are left out by default, and you don't need them to qualify. Operating, winding down or closed: all can qualify.
Questions owners ask us
What about customer accounts, SSNs and card data?
Left out by default. Account numbers, SSNs, card data, credit reports, policyholder and claimant personal details, and anything that could be material non-public information are removed or excluded. Buyers license the firm's own operational record: how decisions get made, reviewed and serviced. You approve the scope in writing.
Does this fit our regulatory and record-keeping rules?
Rules differ by regulator and by firm, and regulated communications archives can have their own retention and supervision rules. Check with your compliance officer before you sign. You see the scope, the de-identification method and a sample of your own records early, so they have everything they need to review.
Will clients, brokers or claimants be named?
No. Names, emails, phone numbers, addresses and policy, loan and claim numbers are replaced with consistent placeholders like [Client_12] before anything is delivered, and you approve a sample of your own records first.
Who counts toward the 30 staff?
Everyone whose work is in writing: underwriters, credit analysts, claims handlers, advisers, account managers, and compliance, finance and operations teams.
What does it cost?
Nothing upfront. If a deal completes, you pay our success fee, agreed in writing under a mutual NDA before any introduction. No deal, no fee.
